Our Mission
We are dedicated to protecting the rights, dignity, and integrity of LGBTQIA+ families involved in the child welfare system. Through impactful legal advocacy, policy reforms, and community empowerment, the foundation fight against the unlawful separation of LGBT+ parents from their children due to discriminatory custody battles and biases within family court proceedings.
